We curate a private network of skilled embroidery digitisers and vector artists. All registered Freelancers are expected to demonstrate competency and adherence to high-quality standards before being authorised to accept projects. We continually track performance metrics, including respecting timelines and project success rates, to support ongoing professional quality across our network.
1.2 Digital Deliverable Standards
We are committed to ensuring that all digital deliverables (including embroidery machine-ready files, vector art, and design proofs) created through our platform consistently meet the technical requirements outlined in the project brief. This commitment includes verifying the following key elements:
- Digitisation Accuracy: The design’s fidelity to the source image and the application of optimal stitch count/density for the specified fabric type.
- Vector Precision: The use of clean lines, scalable resolution, and compatibility with industry-standard design software.
- Format Compliance: Delivery of files in the exact file formats requested by the client (e.g., DST, EMB, PES, AI, EPS).
1.3 Timeliness and Professional Conduct
The Stitch & Pixels platform is designed to promote efficient project completion. We provide guidelines to encourage clear communication, adherence to agreed-upon deadlines, and professional conduct from all participating Freelancers.
2. Transparency and Financial Operations
2.1 Project Visibility
We strive to ensure that all project listings accurately represent the scope of work, expected deliverables, and pricing agreed upon between us and the Freelancer. The platform provides a transparent system for tracking project milestones and approvals.
2.2 Payment Integrity
We ensure the security and transparency of all financial transactions. We facilitate rapid payouts to Freelancers upon project approval and ensure clients are only charged according to the final, accepted scope of work, with full clarity on any associated platform fees.
3. Data Protection and Intellectual Property Trust
While detailed data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy, our commitment to quality extends to the secure and confidential management of your information and intellectual property.
3.1 Confidentiality and IP Protection
Client source files, design concepts, and final deliverables are treated as confidential. Upon completion and payment, all necessary intellectual property rights for the digital deliverable are transferred to us, as detailed in our Terms of Service. No design or its brief is allowed to be published online.

We employ industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect the integrity and security of the client, project, and payment data processed through our platform.

If a digital deliverable does not meet the expected quality standards outlined in the approved project brief or this information document, we ask that you utilise our structured project review process. We will promptly work to address the issue through required revisions, mediation, or dispute resolution, in accordance with our stated Terms of Service and platform dispute policies.

We leverage our fair rating system and customer feedback mechanisms to continuously evaluate and refine both the platform experience and the calibre of our Freelancer network.
